DELIVERY

Availability

We commit to deliver your Ariston within 6 to 8 weeks depending on the model and its specific requirements. Our delivery commitment is null and void in the case of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers and insofar as this unavailability is not directly attributable to Ariston Timepieces. In the event of a product unavailability, we inform our customers as soon as possible. 

Delivery and transport 

All shipments are made using a secure transporter (Ferrari group) to ensure the safe delivery. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Warranty 

The warranty takes effect from the date of delivery of our watches, which is justified by the accompanying document (invoice) that we suggest you to keep carefully. Damages due to poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Legal warranties 

We guarantee our products for a period of 2 years on all aspects inherent to the proper functioning of our products. We strongly recommend to our customers to check that the product is in perfect condition upon delivery. In the event of a defect, please inform us as soon as possible using the “contact us” link. 

Return and exchange 

In case of return or exchange our watches must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivery receipt. Transport costs related to returns are to be borne by the customer.
